Does everyone have a Spanish friend that comes over and cooks for them? They're super handy! Hahah





He gave them all a name in Spanish but now I can't remember so I call it...

Bruschetta Extravaganza:
- Sauteed Apple with Fresh Onion with Provolone and Bell Pepper
- Herb Goat Cheese, Bell Pepper, Kalamata Olives, Sundried Tomato and Garlic
- Tuna, Sundried Tomato, Goat Cheese and Provolone
- Sloow cooked lamb shank and asparagus with olive oil and garlic salt
