Delicious Salmon Bowl

Photobucket

Make Rice. Put it in the bowl.
Pour Ponzu Sauce over it. Sprinkle Sesame Seeds. Lightly pour some chili sesame oil.
Stir.

Put olive oil on grill pan. Let the pan heat.
Place Coho salmon fillet skin side down on pan.
Pour light amount of chili sesame oil on top. Sprinkle Paprika and Sesame Seeds as well. I like a pretty nice coat of sesame seeds.
Let the salmon cook until you see the cooked part reaching the top. Letting the salmon skin burn makes it really delicious and a lot easier for you to take the salmon off later.
Flip the salmon and let it cook for about a minute. I like my Salmon pretty rare.

Place salmon, skin side down, on a plate then gently pull it off the skin. This way you can look for bones. When all the meat is pulled off, put it on top of the rice. Then sprinkle a little bit of garlic salt and add a bit more ponzu sauce.

Stir and enjoy.

Some might think this is gross, but I like to munch on the really crispy parts of the salmon skin.

This is dish is super easy and super delicious :)
